came here for trip, had good 2 days overall. got twin room with comfortable beds when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. the setting was good, not far from the island, cafes and the beaches, restaurants, cafes and the bay. it also was to the national park.

Mind-blowing experience with super helpful staff arranging buses, day trips, and amazing food recommendations. Jaw-droppingly cheap accommodation with spacious rooms and excellent discounts. Unbelievably helpful manager who goes above and beyond to assist guests. Highly recommend this place!

The breakfast is homemade and delicious, with an omelette, bread, jam. a great value for money stay.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, definitely worth the money. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and town. But the best part was the staff - they were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Tony, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even helped us book all our activities at unbeatable prices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cát Bà!

The only suggestion I have is to mix up the breakfast menu a bit. The toast bread was not very toasted and the omelette was quite plain.
